REQUIREMENTS AS TO SINGLE-BEAM HEAD LIGHTS (§ 46.2-1031)

Approved single-beam head lights shall be aimed in accordance with regulations
promulgated by the Superintendent so as not to project a glaring or dazzling
light to persons approaching such head lights and shall be of sufficient
intensity to reveal persons and objects at a distance of at least 200 feet.
