CODE OF VIRGINIA

ADVERTISING, ETC., OF OFFICIAL INSPECTION STATION WHEN NOT AUTHORIZED (§
46.2-1170)

No person, firm, or corporation, unless designated as such in accordance with
the provisions of this article, shall, either directly or indirectly, display,
advertise, or represent that such person, firm or corporation is an official
inspection station.
