CODE OF VIRGINIA

RIGHT OF ENTRY (§ 46.2-1187.1)

Whenever it is necessary for the purposes of this article, the Executive
Director or his duly authorized agent or employee at reasonable times may enter
any establishment or upon any public or private property to obtain information
or conduct surveys, audits, or investigations.
