CODE OF VIRGINIA

AUTHORITY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES (§ 46.2-1189)

The Department of Motor Vehicles may do all things necessary to carry out the
purposes of this article, including entering into contracts for administrative
and other operational support for motorcycle rider safety training centers.
