CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPLICABILITY OF COUNTY ORDINANCES WITHIN TOWNS (§ 46.2-1311)

Any traffic ordinance adopted by the governing body of a county shall not apply
within the limits of any town in which the traffic is regulated by town
ordinances.
