CODE OF VIRGINIA

COLLECTION OF LICENSE AND REGISTRATION FEES; PAYMENTS FROM FUND (§ 46.2-1520)

All licensing and registration fees provided for in this chapter, except as
identified in Article 3.1 (§ 46.2-1527.1 et seq.) of this chapter shall be
collected by the Board and paid into the state treasury and set aside as a
special fund to meet the expenses of the Board.
