CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATE (§ 46.2-1560)

No dealer shall issue a temporary license plate except on written application by
the person entitled to receive the license plate, which application shall be
forwarded by the dealer to the Department as provided in § 46.2-1542.
