EXEMPTION OF FRANCHISES FROM RETAIL FRANCHISING ACT (§ 46.2-1567)

Franchises subject to the provisions of this chapter shall not be subject to any
requirement contained in Chapter 8 (§ 13.1-557 et seq.) of Title 13.1.
