LATE MODEL AND FACTORY REPURCHASE FRANCHISES (§ 46.2-1573.24)

Franchised late model or factory repurchase trailer dealers shall have the same
rights and obligations as provided for franchised new trailer dealers in this
article, mutatis mutandis.
