LATE MODEL AND FACTORY REPURCHASE FRANCHISES (§ 46.2-1573.37)

Franchised late model or factory repurchase motorcycle dealers shall have the
same rights and obligations as provided for franchised new motorcycle dealers in
this article, mutatis mutandis.
