CIVIL PENALTIES (§ 46.2-1706)

In addition to any other sanctions or remedies available to the Commissioner
under this chapter, the Commissioner may assess a civil penalty not to exceed $
1,000 for any violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation
promulgated thereunder.  The penalty may be sued for and recovered in the name
of the Commonwealth.
