CERTIFICATE, LICENSE, OR PERMIT HOLDER NOT RELIEVED OF LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE
(§ 46.2-2011.17)

Nothing in this chapter shall relieve any holder of a certificate, license, or
permit issued by and under the authority of the Department from any liability
resulting from his negligence, whether or not he has complied with the
requirements of this chapter.
