CODE OF VIRGINIA

CERTIFICATE HOLDERS MUST PROVIDE SERVICES (§ 46.2-2011.7)

Every holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity shall provide
services in accordance with this chapter and any terms, limitations, conditions,
or restrictions as the Department may place on such certificate.
