CONSIDERATIONS FOR DETERMINATION OF ISSUANCE OF LICENSE, PERMIT, OR CERTIFICATE
(§ 46.2-2108.6)

In determining whether a license, permit, or certificate of fitness required by
this chapter shall be issued, the Department may, among other things, consider
compliance with financial responsibility, bonding and other requirements of this
chapter.
