CODE OF VIRGINIA

DETERMINATION FOR ISSUANCE OF LICENSE, PERMIT, OR CERTIFICATE (§ 46.2-2115)

If the Department finds the applicant has met all requirements of this chapter,
it shall issue a license, permit, or certificate of fitness to the applicant,
subject to such terms, limitations and restrictions as the Department may deem
proper.
