FILING AND APPLICATION FEES (§ 46.2-2120)

Every applicant for an original license or certificate of fitness issued under
this chapter and transfer of a license or certificate of fitness under this
chapter shall, upon the filing of an application, deposit with the Department,
as a filing fee, a sum in the amount of fifty dollars. The Department shall
collect a fee of three dollars for the issuance of a duplicate license or
certificate of fitness.
