CONSIDERATIONS FOR DETERMINATION OF ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE (§ 46.2-2151)

In determining whether the certificate of fitness required by this article shall
be granted, the Department may, among other things, consider the provisions of
§ 46.2-2108.6, the applicant’s character and fitness, and the
applicant’s compliance with federal, state, and local taxes.
