PARTNERSHIP OF DEPARTMENT AND THE LIBRARY OF VIRGINIA TO PROMOTE USE OF PUBLIC
LIBRARY INTERNET ACCESS TERMINALS TO COMPLETE ON-LINE TRANSACTIONS WITH THE
DEPARTMENT (§ 46.2-216.5)

The Department shall enter into a partnership with The Library of Virginia to
promote the use of public library Internet access terminals to complete on-line
transactions with the Department.
