UNLAWFUL TO CHARGE OTHER THAN PUBLISHED TARIFF (§ 46.2-2170)

No household goods carrier shall charge or demand or collect or receive a
greater compensation for transportation or for any service in connection
therewith than the rates and charges specified in the tariffs in effect at the
time.
