CODE OF VIRGINIA

COPIES OF APPLICATIONS; RECORD OF LICENSES AND LEARNER’S PERMITS ISSUED,
SUSPENDED, OR REVOKED (§ 46.2-327)

The Department shall retain a copy of every application for a driver’s
license or learner’s permit.  The Department shall index and maintain a
record of all licenses and learner’s permits issued, suspended, or
revoked.
