CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ARTICLE (§ 46.2-341.17)

Unless otherwise provided in this article or by the laws of the Commonwealth,
any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a Class
2 misdemeanor.
