CODE OF VIRGINIA

RELEASE OF DEPOSITS ONLY UPON CONSENT OF COMMISSIONER (§ 46.2-429)

Bonds, cash, or securities deposited with the State Treasurer pursuant to this
chapter shall only be released by the State Treasurer upon consent of the
Commissioner given in conformity with this chapter.
