CODE OF VIRGINIA

GOVERNOR TO BE “EXECUTIVE HEAD” WITHIN MEANING OF COMPACT (§
46.2-486)

As used in the compact, with reference to the Commonwealth, the term
“executive head” shall mean the Governor.
