CODE OF VIRGINIA

SECTION 46.2-391.1 NOT APPLICABLE (§ 46.2-490.1)

The provisions of § 46.2-391.1 shall not apply to any person whose license or
other privilege to operate a motor vehicle is suspended or revoked in accordance
with the provisions of this article.
