SUSPENSION OF PRIVILEGE TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE FOR FAILURE TO ATTEND CLINICS
(§ 46.2-503)

The Commissioner shall suspend the privilege to operate a motor vehicle of any
person who fails to satisfactorily complete a driver improvement clinic. This
suspension shall remain in effect until such person satisfactorily completes the
driver improvement clinic. This section shall not be applicable to persons
attending clinics on a voluntary basis.
