CODE OF VIRGINIA

RIGHT TO RECOVER DAMAGES NOT AFFECTED (§ 46.2-614)

Nothing contained in this chapter shall affect the right of any person injured
in his person or property by the negligent operation of any motor vehicle,
trailer, semitrailer, or locomotive to sue and recover damages.
