CODE OF VIRGINIA

NOCTURNAL USE OF HIGHWAYS BY EXEMPTED VEHICLES (§ 46.2-684)

It shall be unlawful for any vehicle exempted under this article from
registration under this chapter to use the highways between sunset and sunrise
unless it is equipped with lights as required by law.
