CODE OF VIRGINIA

REFUND OF CERTAIN REGISTRATION FEES (§ 46.2-689)

Upon application on a form prescribed by the Commissioner, any person
registering any vehicle whose fees are set under § 46.2-697 shall be refunded
that portion of the registration fee for a gross weight in excess of that set
forth § 46.2-1126.
