CODE OF VIRGINIA

SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN THE ORGAN DONOR PROGRAM (§
46.2-749.105)

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special
license plates that encourage participation by Virginia-licensed drivers in the
organ donor program.
