SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES; OCEANA NAVAL AIR STATION (§ 46.2-749.28)

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue to the
applicant special license plates bearing the legend: OCEANA NAVAL AIR STATION.
