CODE OF VIRGINIA

SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES; NAVAL AVIATORS (§ 46.2-749.46)

On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant is or has
been a naval aviator, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special
license plates.
