SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES FOR HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERS (§ 46.2-749.8)

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special
license plates to owners of Harley-Davidson motor vehicles.
