SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES; SUPPORTERS OF THE NASA LANGLEY RESEARCH CENTER (§
46.2-749.81)

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special
license plates to supporters of the NASA Langley Research Center.
