CODE OF VIRGINIA

RAILROAD WARNING SIGNALS MUST BE OBEYED (§ 46.2-884)

No person driving a vehicle shall disobey a clearly visible or audible crossing
signal which gives warning of the immediate approach of a train at a railroad
grade crossing.
