CODE OF VIRGINIA

ARTICLE APPLIES TO ACCIDENTS ON PRIVATE OR PUBLIC PROPERTY (§ 46.2-899)

The provisions of this article shall apply irrespective of whether such accident
occurs on the public streets or highways or on private property.
