CODE OF VIRGINIA

VENDORS OF CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES TO FURNISH STATEMENTS OF REGISTRATION AND
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS (§ 46.2-913)

Every retailer of motorcycles having a rating of seven horsepower or less, shall
provide written statements to every vendee regarding registration and licensing
of such vehicles and the requirement of a motor vehicle driver’s license.
