CODE OF VIRGINIA

GOLF CART AND UTILITY VEHICLE OPERATIONS ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS NOT OTHERWISE
DESIGNATED FOR SUCH OPERATION (§ 46.2-916.1)

No person shall operate a golf cart or utility vehicle on or over any public
highway in the Commonwealth except as provided in this article.
