CODE OF VIRGINIA

IMMUNITY TO WITNESSES (§ 48-15)

On motion of the attorney for the Commonwealth or other attorney representing
the prosecution for violation of this chapter, the court may grant immunity to
any witness called to testify in behalf of the prosecution.
