CODE OF VIRGINIA

FAILURE TO TAKE OATH (§ 49-11)

If any officer or person mentioned in § 49-1 shall act in his office or
function before taking such oaths as are required by law, he shall forfeit not
less than $ 100 nor more than $ 1,000.
