EFFECT OF FAILURE TO GIVE SECURITY (§ 5.1-120)

Failure of any holder of a certificate or permit issued by and under the
authority of the Commission to comply with any of the requirements of §§
5.1-116, 5.1-117 or 5.1-118 shall be cause without further proceedings for the
revocation or suspension of the certificate or permit, and upon further
proceedings for the imposition of a fine not exceeding $ 1,000.
