LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, TAXES, ETC., NOT AFFECTED (§ 5.1-150)

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to relieve any person from the
payment of any licenses, registration fees, taxes, or levies now or hereafter
imposed by law.
