CODE OF VIRGINIA

MEETINGS OF BOARD; QUORUM (§ 5.1-2.3)

The Board shall meet at least once every three months, and on the call of the
Chairman, when in his opinion additional meetings are necessary. Four members of
the Board shall constitute a quorum.
