CODE OF VIRGINIA

REPORT TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND GOVERNOR (§ 5.1-30.9)

The Board, in conjunction with the Authority, shall report annually on or before
December 1 to the General Assembly and the Governor on all loans made from the
Fund.
