CODE OF VIRGINIA

CONTRIBUTIONS BY COUNTIES TO CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN AIRPORTS (§ 5.1-36.1)

The governing body of any county is authorized to make appropriations of public
funds to contribute to the initial construction of an airport by a city or town
adjoining such county or by a city or town within a county adjoining such
county.
