CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPROPRIATIONS BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES (§ 5.1-45)

The governing body of any city, town or county to which this chapter is
applicable may appropriate or cause to be raised by taxation in such city, town
or county a sum sufficient to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
