SAME; EFFECT OF FAILURE TO GIVE OR MAINTAIN ADEQUATE SECURITY (§ 5.1-9.8)

Failure of any contract carrier holding a license or permit issued by and under
the authority of the Department to comply with any of the provisions of §§
5.1-9.5 through 5.1-9.7 shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor and punishable as such.
