CODE OF VIRGINIA

SURVIVOR BENEFITS (§ 51.1-1129)

If a participating full-time employee who is a member of the retirement system
dies during periods he is receiving supplemental disability benefits, survivor
benefits shall be payable to the extent provided in subsection C of § 51.1-162.
