CODE OF VIRGINIA

SUBMITTING INFORMATION AND PERFORMING DUTIES PRESCRIBED BY BOARD (§ 51.1-136)

The chief fiscal officer of the employer and the heads of its departments shall
submit information and perform duties prescribed by the Board in order to carry
out the provisions of this chapter.
