STATE POLICE OFFICERS’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM CONTINUED; ADMINISTRATION;
APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS OF VIRGINIA RETIREMENT SYSTEM (§ 51.1-200)

The State Police Officers’ Retirement System is continued and shall be
administered by the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System. Except
as otherwise provided, the provisions of Chapter 1 (§ 51.1-124.1 et seq.) of
this title shall apply to and govern the operation of the State Police
Officers’ Retirement System.
