CODE OF VIRGINIA

POLICE OFFICERS’ PENSIONS AND RETIREMENTS (§ 51.1-820)

All of the provisions of this article, including all authorizations and all
requirements, shall apply to all counties having the county manager plan of
government, except Arlington County.
